Our Story
Every business has a beginning, and ConnecTTall is no different. CRG started with an idea, a spark in the dark, that grew into something more. It was an idea that humans spend at least 1/3 of their time at work. Time is valuable. Therefore work (and the workplace) should be valuable and time well-spent and enjoyable, not a robotic “push the button, pull the lever” experience. Humans have a spark, and when recognized, can produce a powerful light. The questions are:

Jennifer Pollard, EdD, SMS, GCDF
Jennifer Pollard, owner of ConnecTTall Resource Group, is an industrial an organizational psychologist and a developmental strategist who has worked with organizations and individuals to clearly communicate and connect expectations to result. She is focused on connecting people profits, and perceptions using her communication, psychology, and business knowledge in adaptive and engaging coaching, consulting, and training. Jenn’s work includes instructing higher education courses, corporate trainings, managing conflict, coaching individuals, and guiding development and change. Her passions are in creating awareness and dialogue for psychological health and diversity as well as leading with authentic, transparent, and positive influence.
